Q. How long will it take to get my furniture?
A. Most of the furniture that we sell is custom made for you. Arrival time ranges between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the product line. We do have "Quick Ship" lines that ship in as little as three days.

Q. What warranties does Metro offer?
A. On manufactured product such as furniture, the original manufactures warranties apply. These warranties range between 10 years and Lifetime. We will assist you in making any potential warranty claims for the entire time that you own that product.

Q. How much of my time will be involved in the development of my project?
A. Our designers and contract representatives have many years of project development experience. They will want to discuss the concept with you and your staff but can then be trusted to develop the specifications, identify the appropriate product lines and create the space plan. If you prefer to be actively involved in all phases of the project development, our staff will appreciate the interaction.

Q. Does Metro provide residential furniture?
A. Metro Office Solutions is a commercially focused office furniture company. Although we do provide residential style furniture it is manufactured for intensive use, such as that which you would find in a hotel, dorm or barracks environment.

A. Yes.

Q. When a customer places an order, how long is it before the customer finds out the ship date and/or installation date?
A. Typically, it takes about 2 weeks for new orders to be reviewed, processed, and assigned a ship date. Smaller orders may take less than 2 weeks before dates are released, and larger orders may take longer than 2 weeks.
